This free digital download is part of the Alabama Hardcore & Punk Archival Project launched by Best of Times Records. It was originally released by Search of Serenity Records in 1996. A bonus track from the Pun Crock Records Compilation 7" circa 1997 is also included (Track 5 - Endure) Full scans of liner notes, lyrics, and cassette included in the download.

Information on Bear Witness courtesy of guitarist Patrick Houston:

"Bear Witness played from about '97 to '99. We toured Florida and the southeast a couple of times and generally learned how to be in bands. We recorded a 4 song demo in Decatur with Frank from Mandown, and a 7 inch split on Pun Crock records. There is an 8 song demo out there somewhere that has been lost to everyone in the band. In 1999, we all relocated to Denver, CO and changed our name to Angels Never Answer. We toured and put out 2 EPs under that moniker, then broke up around 2003. I've played with the drummer, Jason Walker, in every band I've been in really. We even did a Guns n' Roses tribute band called Rocket Queen for a little while around Colorado!"
